Rose & Ginger Gin Spritzer

Makes 2


  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 thumb size piece of ginger, sliced
  • 1 ClemenGold® mandarin, sliced
  • ½ tbsp rose water
  • 4 ClemenGold® mandarins, juiced
  • 2 shots Gin (OPTIONAL)
  • Rosemary for garnish


  1. Place the sugar, water, ginger and sliced ClemenGold® mandarins into a pot and simmer for 5-10min until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and allow to cool and steep. Strain the syrup and place into a small jug.
  2. Divide the freshly squeezed ClemenGold® mandarin juice into 2 glasses, add ice, gin and top with a quarter cup of the sugar syrup. Garnish with rosemary and enjoy.
