LemonGold^® 3 Ingredient Gummies

Method:

1. In a small bowl, bloom the gelatine in 2 tablespoons of warm water.
2. In a saucepan, heat the remaining water with the sugar until fully dissolved. Let it cool slightly, then stir in the seedless LemonGold lemon juice and bloomed gelatine. Mix well.
3. Pour the mixture into a silicone mould or ice tray and chill until set. Once firm, remove the gummies and roll them in caster sugar mixed with seedless LemonGold lemon zest.
