ClemenGold® mandarin and honey hummus

Serves: 8


  • 2 cans of chickpeas (reserve some whole for serving)
  • 3 ClemenGold® mandarins, juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1-2 tbsp honey (depending on preference)
  • 1 ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


Place all the ingredients for the hummus into a food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy. Serve on a platter with your favourite cheeses, crackers, nuts, olives and cold meats.
